Grace Cartwright is a Senior Vice President at Gasthalter & Co. where she provides strategic communications counsel and support to global investment firms at various stages of their evolution as well as public and private companies. She has significant experience advising private equity, real estate and alternative asset management firms.
Grace has extensive experience with developing and executing strategic profile raising programs, shareholder activism, restructurings, senior leadership transitions, litigation, regulatory investigations, crisis management and other special situations. She has advised private equity firms and their portfolio companies across a wide range of industries including transportation and logistics, media, telecommunications, industrials, building products, aerospace and defense, safety products, manufacturing, and real assets.
Prior to joining Gasthalter & Co., Grace worked at SKDKnickerbocker, a national communications and political consulting firm.
Grace earned a B.A. in History from Union College. She is a member of multiple ice hockey clubs in New York, the Angela Trimbur Dance Company, and a Board Director at the Northern Lake George Yacht Club.
