Amanda Shpiner is a Managing Director at Gasthalter & Co. and a founding partner of the firm.
For nearly 15 years, Amanda has provided communications counsel and support to global investment firms in various stages of their evolution as well as private and public companies. She has significant expertise advising alternative asset managers across asset classes, including corporate, private and structured credit, CLOs, private equity, infrastructure, real estate and equities, among others.
Amanda has extensive experience developing and executing proactive communications programs that creatively integrate traditional and social media, digital, content and thought leadership strategies to help clients achieve their brand building, reputation management and business objectives. She also advises clients on clients on a range of corporate developments and complex special situations, including shareholder activism and proxy contests, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning and personnel matters, litigation, and crises.
Prior to Gasthalter & Co., Amanda was a Vice President at Sard Verbinnen & Co.
She holds a B.A. in English from Emory University and minored in Educational Studies.
