Sam Fisher is a Senior Vice President at Gasthalter & Co.
Sam provides communications counsel to investment management firms as well as public and private corporations in connection with both proactive and defensive initiatives. He has particular experience advising hedge funds, ranging from new launches to established platforms, as well as credit investors, private equity firms, and other alternative asset managers.
Through strategic media and investor relations programs, Sam supports clients on their long-term corporate positioning efforts and in special situations, including M&A transactions, restructurings, litigation and regulatory matters, personnel issues, and other high-stakes assignments.
Sam holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
